December offering ~

This practice open to both beginners and experienced yogis, the bottom line here is to chill. We have been developing the urban retreat over the past couple of years to be an antidote to the yang energy of life. 
It's a simple offering of both yin and yang practices, delivered by Demelza and Helen to revitalise and restore. 

Each of our sequences are infused with tools of remedy in the form of movement, breath and stillness. 
Each Urban Retreat is a gentle offering of space for you to connect and reset, a coming home to yourself.
