How to infuse your life with yoga both on + off the mat.
This course is for anyone who wants to dive a little deeper into the study of yoga, whether you are new to the practice or have been practicing for a while.
We will explore:
Asana (posture) + meditation and how we can cultivate the ritual of a home practice
Yoga philosophy + how this can be infused into daily life
The Subtle Body including Pranayama (breath control) + other pranic systems
What is means to truly live your yoga including how Seva (service) can be practiced within your wider community

Please note that this course will be held on every second Sunday afternoon, in person, at Lane Yoga. There are a very limited number of spaces.
