We have 6 funded places available for a 4-week block of Parent + Baby Yoga at the Glenurquhart Centre, funded by Soirbheas.

Dates are: 20th April, 27th April, 4th May, 11th May

This class will involve some gentle seated movement + breathwork for the parent as well as gentle movement, sound + relaxation for baby.

After class the Glenurquhart Centre have kindly offered to provide tea/coffee + cake for all parents free of charge.

Babies can join from 6 weeks old until they begin to crawl.
