We have 6 funded places available for a 4-week block of Parent + Baby Yoga at the Glenurquhart Centre, funded by Soirbheas. These places are aimed at mothers + babies from the Glenurquhart area.

Dates are: 21st, 28th September + 5th, 12th October

This class will involve some gentle seated movement + breathwork for the parent as well as gentle movement, sound + relaxation for baby.

After class the Glenurquhart Centre have kindly offered to provide tea/coffee + cake for all parents free of charge.

Babies can join from 6 weeks old until they begin to crawl.
