Please join me for this deeply nourishing + restful 90 minute restorative yoga practice to support your body, mind + nervous system.
Using props + blankets, each posture (all floor based) will allow your body to be held, supported + cocooned so you can unwind + relax. This practice also provides much-needed time in our busy lives to come back to ourselves + reconnect in a simple yet meaningful way.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket. No previous yoga experience necessary.
