We are at the base of the long exhale, the gathering just before movement begins to stir + mother earth slowly wakes from her hibernation. Honour your soft animal body as it has carried you through deep winter + allow it to rest deeply at the precipice of Spring - Imbolc. We will rest, release, + gently begin to plant seeds for the forthcoming seasons.

Using props + blankets, each posture (all floor based) will allow your body to be held, supported + cocooned so you can unwind + relax. This practice also provides much-needed time in our busy lives to come back to ourselves + reconnect in a simple yet meaningful way.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket. No previous yoga experience necessary. Spaces are very limited.
