The end of the year is a beautiful time to pause, reflect, + gather our thoughts before moving forward into a new year with clarity + reverence.
We will honour the natural rhythm of winter + the ritual of the turning of the year.
There will be time for meditation, breathwork, journaling, movement, creating Sankalpa, + finally, a deep relaxation.
Warming drinks also provided to sip + toast ourselves + each other.
I have been teaching this Hogmanay/end-of-year ritual most years since 2013.
